Hi I'm Cindy! A Mum of two young girls, wife, an Online Fitness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Mindset Coach.

For a very long time, I was obsessed with my weight and body image. After a long journey full of ups and downs, trial and error, nearly 8 years ago, I successfully transformed my own health and fitness, despite being a full time working mum and a professional career woman.
